Block 3 is tucked away on the quieter side of the complex, offering deluxe suites, executive apartments, studio rooms, and self-catering apartments. Many rooms look out over the village garden or the peaceful inner courtyard. This is the block for guests who value tranquillity.
Prices are the same all year round. Where a room says “Price on enquiry”, message us and we will tell you straight away.
Deluxe Suite
A beautifully appointed ground-floor deluxe suite with convenient access. It includes a small kitchenette and is perfect for guests who do not want to cook but would like an area for preparing snacks and drinks.
Deluxe SC Apartments
Three deluxe self-catering apartments on the ground floor, all enjoying peaceful views over the village garden. Each apartment has a separate lounge/diner with a fully fitted kitchen. Step outside and relax on a large private veranda, enjoy the birds in the morning, or invite a few friends over for drinks in the evening. You can also order food from the restaurant and enjoy a private evening in. Luigi’s is your home, and our staff will always make you feel welcome.

Studio Room
This first-floor studio room has a super-king-size bed, a sofa bed, and all standard amenities. Although it does not have a balcony, it offers a quiet position within Block 3 and good value for money. It can also serve as a second bedroom for Apartment 38; a lockable hall door creates a private space for guests sharing with friends.

These are our highest-specification one-bedroom apartments, offering spacious accommodation with premium finishes throughout, a separate lounge/diner, and a fully equipped kitchen. Each apartment can be joined to a studio room to create a two-bedroom apartment.
