Since 1995, we have been welcoming travellers from around the world to our family-run serviced holiday apartments. Ideally located in the heart of the tourist area, Luigi’s offers a wide selection of restaurants and bars within easy reach, while also being just a short stroll from Kotu Beach. At the same time, it remains pleasantly removed from the noise and bustle of the Senegambia strip, which is only a five-minute taxi ride away.
Whether you are staying for a week, a month, or longer, you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay in your apartment or room. We believe that comfortable beds, soft pillows, clean linen, and warm hospitality are the foundation of a truly enjoyable holiday. With everything close at hand, you are free to shape your stay exactly as you wish.
On-site facilities include a pool, restaurant, bars, spa, and mini market, while the close proximity to the beach means you can choose between relaxation and activity at any time.
We are a family-run and personally managed complex, meaning there is always someone available who genuinely cares about making your stay as enjoyable as possible.
